Our founding story

We Secure Services was founded in Luton in 2010 with a single contract, a small team of vetted SIA-licensed officers, and a hard-won belief: the UK security industry could be better than it was. Too many providers offered inconsistent quality, rotating officer rosters, and reporting that arrived late if at all. Clients deserved better — and we set out to deliver it.

Over the years since, we've grown into a multi-city UK operation covering corporate, event, construction, retail, hotel, residential, and industrial clients. Our leadership team has personally delivered over £2M in security contracts across event, FM, and corporate work. We've covered Premier League match days, festival mainstages, HS2 construction corridors, luxury London residential developments, and the everyday work of keeping high-street stores and corporate lobbies safe.

What hasn't changed is the founding principle. Every officer is SIA-licensed, DBS-checked, and BS7858-vetted. Every contract has a named local supervisor and a real account manager — not a call-centre. Every client gets the kind of operational consistency that turns a security supplier into a trusted long-term partner.

Northern Expansion

Opened regional operations in Manchester and Leeds, extending coverage across the North West and West Yorkshire.

2022

Scotland Operations Launched

Glasgow and Edinburgh teams established, with officers trained on the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

2024
