Serious compliance concerns have been raised regarding We Secure Services and security personnel supplied for AIB Security events.

The concerns include alleged cash-in-hand payments, PAYE and National Insurance irregularities, potential underpayment below the applicable National Minimum Wage, and possible failures relating to payroll and employment compliance.

Specific concerns relate to security personnel supplied through We Secure Services for events at MK Bowl on 31 July and 1, 2, 7 and 8 August 2026. The relevant shifts, personnel, hours and payment arrangements are subject to compliance review.

There are also concerns regarding BS7858 screening and vetting, SIA licensing, right-to-work checks, and the handling or sharing of personal information obtained during security screening.

AIB Security and any other organisation engaging We Secure Services are strongly advised to exercise caution and complete full financial, employment and security-compliance checks before making further payments or undertaking further work with We Secure Services.

All relevant invoices, rotas, worker records, payment records, payroll information and compliance documentation should be independently verified and retained.

Please ensure that all contractual and legal obligations are satisfied before continuing any further work with We Secure Services.
